Rascher & Co. was already operating at the luxury level. They needed a brand that matched the caliber of their work, and it was our job to protect that legacy and give it a voice as intentional as the homes they build.
The result is a look that is equal parts classic and modern, with meaningful touches like a custom illustration of one of the homes in their portfolio. Architecturally inspired and crafted with intention, the brand is built on five generations of craftsmanship and rooted in Minnesota.
